I created this CRM-type tool in Airtable in order increase efficiency and streamline workflows for behavioral health agencies. It automatically reminds clinicians to reach out to their clients whenever a session is missed. It also serves as a database that can be used to track client attendance, transactions, retention, and balances. Balances, client sessions, attendance, and transactions are all updated in the database automatically when new information is entered. The interface provides information for all current clients and links to the forms for the operator to enter new clients, sessions, and transactions.
